For more than 20 years, Venisha worked as a caregiver. She has cared for some of the most vulnerable population in the capacity of both a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. She gained experience in various settings, including, hospitals assisted living facilities and private homes.

Ms. Harvey's passion of providing personal 

For more than 20 years, Venisha worked as a caregiver. She has cared for some of the most vulnerable population in the capacity of both a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. She gained experience in various settings, including, hospitals assisted living facilities and private homes.

Ms. Harvey's passion of providing personal care to the most vulnerable has only grown over the years, as she is the mother of a 10 year old autistic son. Her warm compassionate approach at home with her son, translates to her work in the field with her patients and families.

Unfortunately, personal injury has now restricted Ms Harvey's ability to work as a HHA or CNA. However, because of her passion for this line of work, she has pivoted to serve the population she loves in a new capacity as Agency Administrator.

Ms Harvey is tremendously equipped to oversee direct caregivers, and work with families and clients in the delivery of services. Her love for the work, and the experience she brings from her many years of serving the most vulnerable population is invaluable to this agency, clients and families, and the community.
